Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Shipper to join their client's team in Massachusetts. The Shipper plays a crucial role in the logistics and distribution process, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. This position involves managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications.
• Process orders through the UPS manifest system.
• Palletize and shrink wrap orders for truck shipment.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse or factory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement of products.
• Experience in picking and packing items efficiently for shipment via UPS or motor freight (palletizing shipments).
• Ability to operate forklifts safely within a warehouse environment.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

Competitive pay with a range from $20 to $25 per hour.
